1. Once you are ready to begin your custom AI-assisted Landscape Design, we will ask for the site address to determine exactly which Growing Zone your property is located in. This ensures that the AI only utilizes Plant Species that will thrive in your particular geographic region based on Average Temperatures and Average Precipitation Amounts. *We will also ask you to select from a series of Landscape Elements (Small Tree, Hedge, Palm, Flowers, etc.) that you want to include in your design.*
  2. Next, we will ask you to upload digital photographs of the specific areas you want designed on your site. The AI will use these photos to not only identify areas for work, but also allow you to designate any existing plants or materials you wish to remain in the new landscape design. These photos will further be utilized to produce the AI-assisted “Before/After” design documents so you can see what the new landscape will look like once installed. Please be sure and review the “Photo Upload Tips”.
  3. After you have supplied this information, the AI will ask you to select from a set of 10 distinct Landscape Themes. Don’t worry – if you are not fully satisfied with your initial choice you will have the opportunity to see the same area designed with several other Design Theme selections.
  4. Once these tasks are complete, the AI will take over and produce your full set of Landscape Design documents, RFP-ready (Request for Proposal) for you to let the project “out-to-bid” with selected Landscape Contractors in your area, or go to your local Garden Center and begin staging for the project yourself.
  5. Pro-Level Users have the further ability to designate one or more of the Plants/Materials the AI initially selected and choose specific substitutes from a large catalogue of alternative Plants/Materials, all while staying within the constraints of your particular Growing Zone. Pro-Level Users also have the ability to see their new design utilizing any of the 10 themes available and then make a final decision on which type of new landscape best fits their needs and which they like the most.
  6. The Final Stage of the process is receiving a set of 3 Landscape Design Documents: The Scaled Overhead Planting Plan, Digital Before/After Landscape Design Images and a detailed Plant & Material list – all ready to use to begin collecting competitive installation bids or start the project yourself.
