A Detailed, To-Scale Overhead Planting Plan that illustrates Bedding Areas and Edges, Turf Areas, Large Specimen Plant locations, individual Plant Species locations, Material Placement (Walkways, Fences, Hardscape, etc.) This document provides all of the information required to successfully layout your new Landscape.
Before/After Digital Landscape Images
Digitized versions of the site pictures you provide showing the proposed Plant images and other Materials “installed” in the appropriate areas, based on the Overhead Planting Plan. These Digital Images offer a very accurate vision of how your new Landscape will look once the project is completed.
Detailed Plant & Material List
The third document included in your Landscape Design Package is a detailed, comprehensive Plant and Material List tailored to the Landscape Design as shown in the Overhead Planting Plan. This document provides a wide range of clear and concise, item-specific Information that gives you the ability to request proposals from professional Landscape Installation Contractors in your area or begin to budget and source the project’s plants and materials if you are going to complete the job yourself.
“Formal” Theme
This theme of AI-generated landscape plans presents a clean, orderly layout that relies heavily on Symmetry and Balance when locating Plants and Materials. Bed lines and Pathways are arranged in straight lines with right angles and Geometric Shapes usually play a central role in this Design Theme. Often, a Formal Design Theme utilizes a dominant, central element in the arrangement – such as a striking Flowering Tree, a Fountain, a Sculpture, a Topiary, etc.
“Traditional” Theme
A Traditional Landscape Design Theme represents the most popular theme due to Aesthetics, Maintenance Requirements and Sustainability. Utilizing “tried-and-true” plant species that thrive in your Agriculture Growing Zone, the aim of this theme is to provide a professional, attractive landscape to any residence or business facility. Design Objectives are met through the use of Anchor Plants, Multi-Level Layout and harmonious Accent Plants. This smart yard design theme is often utilized to highlight existing Architectural qualities of the structure or reinforce particular color schemes.
“Sustainable” Theme
A Sustainable Landscape Design Theme presents an open layout that relies heavily on Native and Pest/Disease Resistant (Eco-friendly) species. Plants that require little-to-no supplemental watering play a major role in this design type and self-propagating species are often utilized with Succulent, Grassy and Bromeliad-type plants included. Rocks and Gravel are often used as Accents and for the Static Ground Cover.
